Saw these cool motorized bicycles at the the recent Gas Monkey Celebrity Car Show, held at Gas Monkey Live in Dallas. I knew my buddy Troy would love them so I shot a little footage so he could see and hear them. Troy is insanely Gifted and decent human being. In addition to his digital art skills, he’s also an excellent fabricator with a penchant for old cool rare stuff.
These bikes hearken back to the very earliest days of motorcycle evolution, reminiscent of the old Whizzer bikes that my Dad lusted after when he was just a kid back in the ’40s. The build quality looked top notch as well.
It was an awesome show and the parking lot was filled to overflowing with cool cars and happy people. The thing that struck me most about the day was how happy and considerate and good-natured everybody was. People went out of their way to not block each others’ view of the cars and fun. My kind of people!
